ok first order of business. Change in plans, i shall be in florence monday or tuesday... yes this monday or tuesday. i would like to see everyone i can, though i know it won't be likely. anyway, if i don't get to see you, i'm really sorry, i did try!

ok secondly... different topic (well sorta).

i was talking to a good friend of mine and he mentioned that everyone was leaving winthrop. i asked who's everyone? and he said everyone, me, him, john, jeff, and mike, that the only one left would be brett. i thought about that and also realized, brandi had left, violet had left, that there wasn't much left to winthrop that i remembered, that i think about and miss and i said something that afterwards i thought was really deep (even though that wasn't what i was going for). i said:

Well it was a beginning...it changed all of our lives and it will live forever in all of us, but we all have to move on someday.

it's true. and moving on is what life is about. i am writing now to say goodbye to my winthrop days. it was good, but there is no place for me there now. there are many things i'm going to miss, rpg, rock hill, Val, campus and the teachers on it. i want to say to all that are my friends or were at one time...i love you all and i shall miss you, some of you i am already missing. i had good friends at winthrop, some of the best i have ever had, only a few back home in florence match up to the friends i had at winthrop, and though, i only have a few of them left, i will always remember all of them, and care about each of them, and wish them the best.

as for me, i look to the future, with a smile on my face and a light heart. i say goodbye to my past and all it's hardships and say hello to my bright future with it's own exciting challenges.
